Our gluten-free precooked couscous is the perfect base for this deliciously unique recipe. Hydrated with water, it’s complemented by onion and chickpeas, adding texture and a delicate flavor. Zucchini, along with carrots and red and green peppers, brings a burst of freshness, color, and vitality.
The lemon and grape juice balance everything with a subtle sweet-and-sour kick, while raisins offer a sweet contrast. The aroma of mint, the smoothness of margarine, and a splash of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) blend with Arabic spices and just the right amount of salt, creating an exotic dish full of flavored nuances.
